1. Star does not show any properties until after her buyers have been pre-approved by a lender for the following reasons:

A. Being pre-approved gives both the buyer and the seller some assurance that the sale will actually go through and close.

B. Being pre-approved puts the buyer in a good position to negotiate the best price for a property.

          C. Being pre-approved puts the buyer in a good position to win multiple offer situations.

2. When working with Star, you will have access to information on homes currently listed for sale in our area. In addition, Star will obtain information for you on any homes may find such as: Homes advertised in the paper, homes that are “For Sale By Owner”, homes listed for sale by another agent or real estate company or homes advertised on the internet.

3. If you do not find what you want in the current inventory of homes, Star will set up a search in the multi-list-service (MLS) based on your criteria that will automatically email both you and Star when a new property comes on the market. This is a great opportunity to see properties that are “Just Listed” first.
