2.     Star provides CD’s of the visual tour. This makes a wonderful keepsake of your property and is great for Open Houses.

3.     Star links the Visual Tour to many places including Realtor.com, all 400+ Illustrated Properties agents, all the Realtors® that are doing business in your area and of course Star’s own website.

4.     Star takes multiple still shots of your property in addition to the visual tour photos. In 2003 - 71 % of all buyers started their home search online. I’m sure that percentage is much higher now. Homes with visual tours and/or multiple photos are viewed 299 % more often than those without.

5.     Star has a Realtor.com website. Whenever a home is listed on the MLS (Multiple List Service) the listing is automatically placed on Realtor.com in its most basic form. The question is will anyone be able to find the listing? To place a visual tour or multiple photos on Realtor.com your Realtor® must have a Realtor.com website. Having this website also allows Star to enter extra verbiage to describe your property and there is a colorful showcase banner added. Buyers WILL find your listing!! Realtor.com is by far the most frequently used online Real Estate site used by buyers. 6.     Star offers weekly print ads. Although most buyers look online we still need print ads. The visual tour is also advertised on every print ad.

7.     Star creates and mails out a high quality custom postcard with photos of your home on it to your neighbors in case they have a friend or relative that might be interested in buying.

8.     Star creates a high quality custom house flyer with the virtual tour address on it so potential buyers will have something to take home with them. The CD’s are used for Open Houses.
